Make it so users can receive the credits purchased through a send token button on their profile and cash them out minus a % picked by admin!
Make it so users can receive the credits purchased for gifts through a send token button on their profile and cash them out minus a % picked by admin on a cash out tokens button on their dashboard!

this is easily implemented yourself if you think about it, look online for free form creators that you can embed on a page in your site, give the options of your username, recipients username, number of credits given etc..... and for cash out, use what ever options you wish, username, amount to cash out and method of payment....
